What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the project inquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, phone number, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method and the project description you write.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third-party services.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your inquiry and, if you agree, to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.
Who processes it
The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and screens them for spam. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential project, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us by email at contact.wimatech@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
