Fleetboard is a concept web application for small service companies that coordinate vans, technicians and daily jobs.

The opportunity

Teams in this situation often plan the day in spreadsheets and phone calls. The concept brings routes, job statuses and simple reporting into one shared view.

Project goals

• Give planners one view of today's jobs and routes
• Show job status changes as they happen
• Reduce manual reporting at the end of the week
• Connect to existing invoicing and CRM tools

Solution and design direction

A dashboard combines summary tiles, a live route map and a job list with clear status colors and text labels. Planners can reassign jobs from the map, and weekly charts are generated from the same data.
